Steel pipe quality inspection

From Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties, Technical Properties, Exterior Size Inspection, Hydrostatic Test to X-ray Test, we just need to make sure the check work of the steel pipe.

Soak inspection: We would take some liquid physical properties like permeability to figure out there is defects or not. And this method would contain color detection and fluorescence detection.

Ultrasonic inspection: It is another way we used often for steel pipe’s quality check. With the help of homogeneous media, like metal, we can use this character to have figure out the internal defect detection. Any part of the defect can find the direction of the defect more sensitively, but the nature, shape and size of the defect are more difficult to determine. Therefore, straight seam welded pipe ultrasonic flaw detection and coordination are often used.
